I was originally considering selling my property through a private sale, during that time Liz went out of her way to guide me in the right direction and provide suggestions. At no point during this interaction did Liz try to pressure me into listing the property with her. 

After much consideration, I decided that I wanted her to list the property for me as she appeared to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In the short amount of time that it took for Liz to sell my property, she stayed in touch regularly and was patient (at times it can be difficult for people to get in touch with me.) 

Going forward, if I decide to purchase or sell, Liz will be the person I choose to work with - in saying that, I would also recommend her to anyone that says they are going to buy or sell. You do have a really good person on your team.

Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were quickly discouraged when trying to look for a home for our family. The market being incredibly hot and negative real estate agents made it seem like we would never find the house we wanted!! When we met Liz we were immediately hopeful again as she assured us what we wanted was not an unrealistic goal. She was sweet and helpful at every opportunity and was always available whenever we could find time in our own busy schedule!!! 

Having a one year old daughter made it even a little harder but "Auntie Liz" was there to lend a hand at all times. We will never forget how great you were Liz and will be using you in the future for all of our buying and selling needs. 

A year ago we decided we would move to Victoria from the Yukon. My husband was soon retiring and we have our only grandchild in Vancouver. We started looking at condos in the area and contacted Island Realm Real Estate in Victoria. We had only ever lived in a house and really did not know where to start to purchase a condo.

Liz was the first and only agent that contacted us. Together we talked about our needs and also how to go about buying a place from such a distance away. Liz showed us a few options and then suggested we might want to go with a pre-sale condo. We found the place we wanted! It is still being built but we know it will be fabulous.

We made a trip to Langford to look at the project. Liz picked us up from the ferry, showed us the build site, took us out for lunch and showed us where there was a nearby trail for walking. Now that is service!!! Liz knew the market and knew that a pre-sale was the best option for us. She has kept in touch with us along the way as our condo is being built.

We are so thankful Liz was the realtor who contacted us. Her service has been exemplary!! Truly. Liz reassured us that she will be our help and support all the way through to possession of our new condo. Thank you Liz! Your work made a very large move much easier for us. 

We are very fortunate to have been referred to Liz. As first time home buyers we depended entirely on her advice and experience. She literally took us under her wing and began to work with us, never once making us feel inexperienced or uncomfortable, we always felt respected and well taken care of.

In the past I have purchased several homes. I have had some outstanding agents but none that went over and above as Liz. Her honest love for what she does shows and she genuinely cares about her clients. 

We are seniors and our hopes at ever owning a home again at our age was a dream we did not think may be possible.
